(5/12/2025) On average, only 4-6 hours of skin contact, from the Eola Springs with aromatics of white pepper, finished fermentation in February and was bottled 3.5 weeks later. There are fresh notes of white pepper and slate on the nose with whisps of salted watermelon, this rosé has dazzling minerality. The palate is finely textured, with bright, captivating fruits, candied raspberry and a fun note of watermelon Jolly Rancher. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2033.
