What We Think
Vin Chicago: 91 Points
(5/2025) Coming from a high elevation single vineyard on the steep hillsides of the Chehalem Mountains in Oregon's Willamette Valley, this beautifully balanced and delightfully refreshing Chardonnay shows off complex aromas and flavors of fresh green apple, tropical notes of pineapple and mango, classic lemon zest, with additional layers of honeysuckle, hazelnut and a streak of clean minerality. We can tell you first hand that it pairs great with shrimp lo mein, but it would also be a perfect choice for chicken fettuccine Alfredo, roast pork tenderloin, oysters, chilled seafood salad, crab cakes, and so much more!
