(8/1/2024) Soft and delicate with notes of Meyer lemons, chalk and grapefruit. The palate is focused, with a medium body, tight acidity and notes of orange blossoms, key lime pie and brine. Very sophisticated. Estate grown from three different clones. Barrel fermented with 80% neutral oak. Drink or hold.
