Paul's bloodline in Champagne goes back to the French Revolution. Six generations later, he tends five hectares of biodynamically-farmed vineyards in Verzenay — a Grand Cru village which is the leading source for Roederer's famous "Cristal". This non-vintage beauty is all Pinot Noir grown in the Les Chauffours vineyard, and the results are extraordinary.

Wow. Wow. WOW. Breathing in deep, we find wild cherry and cassis notes along with a big hit of white stone minerality. This wine comes at you all at once, then it gets even better sip after sip. Showing a sophisticated balance of sizzle and decadent richness along with a vibrant bubbly stream, it is a Champagne that transfers its energy directly to your soul.

We take artisan Champagne very seriously. On our scale this earns 95 Points of profundity. It is truly stunning.
