Single-Vineyard White Burgundy for $13.99!

If you are like us, you probably thought the days of 15 dollar white Burgundy were gone for good. Well, surprise!

Thanks to our longtime relationship with the importer, we are able to let today's single-vineyard white Burgundy fly for a totally bonkers price of $13.99.

Sourced from a 4.4 hectare vineyard in the Côte Chalonnaise region, this unoaked Bourgogne Chardonnay offers impressive depth and authentic Burgundy character at a ridiculously good price.

Read on for the details, and for a crack at one of our absolute favorite Provence Rosés, then smack down hard on the Big Green Button to grab a few bottles of these late summer treats before they are gone!

==========

2023 Cave di Bissey ”Le Clos D’Augustin” Blanc
Burgundy, France
~~~~~~~~~~~
It has been nearly a century since a group of growers in the heart of Burgundy’s Côte Chalonaise got together to found Cave di Bissey. We have worked many times with their beautiful Cremant, and are thrilled today to bring you this hugely overdelivering White Burgundy from the walled ”Le Clos D’Augustin” vineyard.
A bottling of 100% Chardonnay, the 2023 “Le Clos D’Augustin” is sourced from a southeast facing parcel of 20 to 25 year old vines planted to the region’s classic limestone, marl, and clay soils.
Fermented in stainless steel and concrete tank, then aged on its fine lees for a brief two months, this pure, unoaked white shows a sophisticated array of aromas and flavors including blanched almond, crushed river stone, white flowers, pear skin, lemon peel, honeysuckle, and quince.
As we often do, we blind tasted our tasting team, and guesses ranged from Chablis and Pouilly-Fuissé, to even a Marsanne/Rousanne blend from the Northern Rhône. All wines with an entry price of around $25.
The flavors here are impressively deep and complex, while the palate is wonderfully light and playful, barely pushing medium in body. Pair this wine with ice cold oysters, fresh goat cheese, ceviche, or simply sip and enjoy on its own.
Looking online, we spotted two listings, at $18 and $21. Our special direct import price makes this a very rare White Burgundy bargain. Load up before our supply disappears!
Legitimately Delicious Provence Rosé for $15.79!
2025 Château Trians Rosé
Coteaux Varois en Provence, Provence, France
~~~~~~~~~~~
Also imported specifically for Vin Chicago, this certified organic Provence Rosé is legitimately delicious, and one of our favorites of the season.

Located at the northern foothills of the Pilon de Saint-Clement, the property faces north with 20 to 25 year old vines digging into clay and limestone soils at an elevation of 350 meters, resulting in a crisp, bright and very refreshing glass of wine.

A hand-harvested, certified organic blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah, this fresh 2025 release explodes with enticingly pure aromas and flavors of cherries, raspberry, peach, and melon with a squeeze of fresh citrus.

The body is plump, playful and lively, with racy acidity that makes for a mouthwateringly delicious experience finishing with nuances of mineral and salty seaspray. Food pairings? Practically anything! We recommend enjoying it with a beautiful late summer sunset.

While so many Provence Rosés of this quality sell in the $20 to $30 range, we’re letting the Château Trians fly for a much lower price that beats all other online listings!
